Acg Pampac Machines interview questions

Got an interview fixed by a consultant off job portal. Interacted with HR and got good support. At interview Jury did background check and asked only experience related questions. However i found they themselves not clear with what they wanted out of this designation. Dept. Marketing, designation sales and job just back end coordination. Didn't find much scope for growth in this. Also they didn't have any path defined for my personal productivity measurement. All indirects. Didn't disclose salary as it will only be informed to short listed candidates.
