We went in massive groups to cycle through interviews, which was fine, but they lost my resume somewhere after calling my name and leading me around to wait for an interview, so I was waiting for much longer than anyone else to be interviewed. It felt really unorganized with as much as people were getting shuffled around. Then I had to go in and interview again because paperwork got lost but they knew I interviewed favorably. I was super frustrated, but I was desperate for a job, so I accepted the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked the typical CSR questions - talk about a difficult situation and how you handled it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Achieve (Tempe, AZ) in Sept 2025
Interview
Interview process was easy and the person was super friendly. They were on time and answered all my questions. Also gave great company information for job expectations. Explained the company would be party remote. Would also need to come into the office.
Easy and simple. Very friendly environment. The company seems very welcoming and engaging with employees. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview which made the process less nerve wracking.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Achieve (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2024
Interview
Simple, they ask basic questions and give you a chance to ask questions as well. They ask about previous experience and what you can bring to the table. It was short and very easy.
