Thorough, detailed, transparent, supportive and I daresay, enjoyable. There was constant follow through as well as various team members who were available to make each step clear and actionable, as a prospective employee. I was very impressed with the process, and the staff I dealt with (particularly the recruitment manager and principal). They were a huge draw to the offer, but the position wasn't quite what I was looking for.
