I was from out of state so I first did a phone interview where I spoke to 2 recruiters about the school, what attracted me to the area, and specifically the school, and went through my strengths and weaknesses as a teacher in the classroom. Then they flew me in for a face-to-face interview where I did a demo lesson as if the interviewers were students and we did a mini "coaching" session where they analyzed and critiqued my lesson, giving me praise as well as things I could improve.
