Having had three interview stages I was very disappointed to have not been contacted as promised to tell me whether I'd made it through to the final round or not, eventually I chased them via email and a month has gone by with still no reply. Very poor communication and not at all what I'd expect from a company that is selling a software platform to help customers increase employee engagement.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you go about it?
Several rounds of interviews with HR, managers and a group presentation. After the final round I didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks and then got the following:
1. Friday afternoon I got an automated email saying they didn't have a chance to review my resume and they've already offered the position to an amazing new employee.
2. 3 days later I got another automated email saying thanks for applying but the position has been filled.
VERY disappointing experience all in all
