This was just the initial recruiter phone interview. Not a question but, what stood out the most was her commitment to follow up within 24–48 hours, regardless of the outcome—a small detail that makes a big difference. I genuinely appreciate that level of professionalism and transparency. I wish more companies approached the process this way.
