First, there was a short phone call with HR to ensure I was a good fit. I then received an email to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview involved a tour of the facility and the director explained the role to me more than she asked questions. The lack of an offer after the interview truly shocked me; I believe I may have been denied due to overqualification, which I find unfair. I wouldn't apply or interview if I didn't need a job.
