Acorns Customer Service Representative interview questions

I filled out an application, I may have saw it on Indeed. After a week maybe, I received an email from their HR representative to schedule a phone interview. It lasted approximately 30 minutes with basic interview questions. Moving forward, I was asked to schedule an in-person interview with 2 customer service managers, as well as the Director of Customer Service. It all happened in about an hour and 15 minutes. The interview with the 2 managers was easy-going, they were extremely pleasant and nice, and asked the typical interview questions. Nothing tricky. There was a little role play at the end, which I thought would be worse than I thought, but it only lasted a couple minutes. You're also able to use the 2nd manager as a guide if you needed help. The interview with the Director was to communicate the job itself. He wanted to make sure I knew what I was going into, and if I had any questions regarding the position. After speaking with him (it was only about 10-15 min), I met lastly with the HR representative, and he gave me a quick writing prompt. I had to answer a customer's question and respond accordingly in an email. Not a real customer, just an example of what I would say. The following night, I received an email to schedule a call to formally move to the next step. We scheduled for the next day. It was then, I was offered the position.
