I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The interviewer seemed a little unorganized, but was very pleasant. She called a few minutes late for the interview. The process lasted about 45 minutes. Clearly boiler plate questions. She said that I should expect to hear back in around 10 days. I never heard back. I thought I did very well, so I'm surprised to not hear back.
