My first interview was very direct and pretty brief, but it seemed to be more of "feeler" interview. The manager wanted to feel out if I was prospective fit, and I was interested to see exactly what they company did and the position. I felt as if the interview was designed more as a relational employment than a "job" type process. They did a good job of keeping the energy up by playing music in the and having the TVs play sports etc. This made me feel more comfortable, and I got a better feeling of the company culture.
