Started with a recruiter level interview, which was warm and efficient. Moved onto the HM level interview within 1 week of recruiter level interview, which was also a very warm and efficient conversation, the HM was a strong advocate of clear communication on the hiring process and not "ghosting" candidates. Post HM, it took 2 weeks to schedule for the final round interview, which was a very quick round with HM and 1 senior team member. They communicated that they would have decisions communicated in a week's time, but unfortunately it took another 2 weeks for them to return communication, and when I checked in on how the team's process was going, they told me they would have an update for me by end of the next day. That update unfortunately again didnt happen, but they did get back to me by the end of that week in the form of a standard rejection email. Overall, good and warm employee, clear process, just unfortunate timing.
