I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acrontum in Feb 2023
Interview
After a first interview with a quick talk about the company's objectives, there was a second short technical interview. Interviewers were very professional and cordial. The technical interview was too simple and could hardly evaluate a potential employee's contribution, which is why the final decision to not continue the process was puzzling. The feedback was also not good. I advise you to question the interviewee about actually important application development concepts instead of expecting memorization of syntax in a non-IDE environment.

Question 1
Very simple programming problem which had to be solved with the interviewer.
Dear former candidate,

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acrontum (Munich, Bavaria) in Aug 2017
Interview
3 stage, email test then telephone call then face to face meeting. The email test took about an hour to complete i think and covered JS PHP and database tech. The JS was a nice one, you basically design a little app and demonstrate elements of code opposed to writing a full on app, after the process i learned this was to demonstrate how i thought as well as basic proof i could code haha! The rest was just standard interview techniques, the telephone one threw me a little though, there was a bunch of fundamental coding tests in there like "what is the difference between const var and let and when to use one or the other".

Question 1
Ranged on all sorts of tech to personality questions
