Interview
applied through a recommendation and received a request from the CEO to book a meeting. Unfortunately he cancelled a few minutes before the call and set up a second meeting to which he came in 10 minutes late. The meeting went well and I thought we established a rapport and good fit since I was told I made it to the next round which was an interview with the next person in sales.
Despite sending in several emails and messages to confirm the next meeting, i was given no feedback and then sent a generic message rejecting me and when asked, i was told I did not have the relevant experience. This was definitely disheartening to hear since there was no reason to waste my time

Interview
Interview was good, atmosphere friendly and open. Questions asked were relevant to the position. Interview was conducted with Hr and team leader and it was clearly communicated and described as to why this person will be joining. The leader has clearly described his position and what would be required from a successful candidate.
