I applied online. I interviewed at Action Family Counseling (Santa Clarita, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The Administrative office appears professional in contrast to the actual working environment. Interviewing was awkward and even a little hostile. I left the interview process feeling somewhat confused and perplexed about what just took place.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Would you be willing to change light bulbs if needed because we need a team player? ( only to find out after being hired that the major job duty was excessive UA testing of active clients )
Would you be willing to occasionally drug test clients, as we do this as needed? ( only to find out after being hired that the major job duty was excessive UA testing of active clients )
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Action Family Counseling (Santa Clarita, CA)
Interview
I met with owner and CEO. It was fairly easy because I was familiar with owner. However CEO was difficult because she felt she had no say in me being hire; which would prove to give me a lot of grief.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Action Family Counseling (Santa Clarita, CA)
Interview
Filled out application and interviewed on the spot with the owner Carrie and his assistant Mary. The interview was more of a comical one on one, questions non related to the job, very laid back, gave me a questionable feel of the type of people I would be working with. All in all it was the most bizarre interview I have ever had.

Question 1
The questions were spontaneous, however there was one about my previous employers and almost provoking me to talk about them which I didn't.
