I submitted an online application and quickly had an in person interview. Once I completed the interview I was offered a job in production and began working the next week

Rich Schipper gave the interview and he made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. I had been turned down on every interview before then. He has no idea how much he changed my life when he hired me.
