I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ActionIQ (New York, NY) in June 2021
Interview
The entire interview process was around two weeks from recruiter email to offer. The technical rounds were relatively standard as far as questions go. They will help you with hints and suggestions to get the problem solved when you get stuck, just make sure to communicate your thought process.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you needed to cut scope from a project. How did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ActionIQ (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied for a remote role with ActionIQ. The first step was a standard recruiter call. The next step was a zoom with the hiring manager, an engineering leader. They asked a bunch of behavioral questions including those on tough decisions/conflict management. We also went into more detail on the tech stack, the team, and the business model. The third step was a coding screen. This was a 30 minute code-pairing call where we tackled a leetcode-style problem involving anagrams. There was tremendous time pressure in this call since we only had ~20 minutes after introductions and leaving time for my questions at the end. After the screen, the recruiter sent an email declining my application. But they were very open with feedback which I appreciated.
