Activ Camps interview questions

1x group interview - group of approximately 4 people, located at their office 1x all day group induction and training session - get used to the activities, basic first aid training, knowledge tests and group work Fairly easy questions, aimed at getting to know you/making sure you're friendly/fit to work with kids

Sat down with 2 seniors in a group interview and was asked to walk through my CV. Typical questions included why the job, approach to dealing with kids in different scenarios and team work related scenarios.
