      The TA recruiter called to ask about my salary expectations. I explained that my expectation was based on experience and having two previous HR Manager offers, which is why I deserved the interview. After reading the job description multiple times. Give you headsup. The HR Manager seemed to focus excessively on testing detailed knowledge of Singapore employment laws rather than discussing HR responsibilities. If you are attending this interview, you MUST STUDY 100% of the relevant laws beforehand, including: Employment Act (Singapore) – https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/EmA1968 Central Provident Fund Act – https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/CPFA1953 Income Tax Act (Singapore) – https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/ITA1947 Policies and calculations administered by the Ministry of Manpower COMPASS Framework – https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/employment-pass/compass CPF contributions, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), annual leave entitlements, leave encashment calculations, and other employment compliance rules Estimated total: ≈95–140 sections/subsections
