the process, which generally looks as follows;
Introductory call with intended supervisor.
Wider interview with key personnel.
Technical discussion/assessment with potential colleagues.
Reference checks.
Offer.
But what actually happened was 2 interviews (one was a technical interview) and also checked my references. was not selected was informed of it 1 month later.
