Acton Global interview questions

It was fairly easy. I applied online and it began as a 20 minute skype interview that lead to an in-person interview in their office. The Skype interview was bascially just so they got an understanding of who you are and your background. Not very tricky. Its a rather small startup so it was simple and very to the point.

I have to say this was the worse skype interview yet. It has to be. I believe her name was Janelle Wang. I looked her up and she was the CEO/co-founder of the company. She shouldn't be interviewing because she's not even good at it. She never even talked about her company and went straight into the interview and asking you questions. Then she gives you some dumb blank stares and acts all bored even when on your end you're smiling and trying to impress her. I don't want to work for someone who shows no emotion and doesn't even care to smile sincerely. Don't apply... Oh and she kept cutting you off like ok move onto the next! Like wow... really? I didn't even talked that much. She's horrible.
