I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Actual Experience (Bath, England)
Interview
An initial brief call with someone from HR who asked a couple of general technical questions. This was then followed up by a practical technical test that you are given a decent amount of time to complete, however, it doesn't take too long. Lastly, a serial of face to face interviews take place, one with HR, one technical and lastly one with the CEO.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Actual Experience (Bath, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
The most welcoming company that I have ever interviewed for.
1st interview was an informal general interview covering past experience etc and then a few technical questions. Easy going staff made me feel welcome and able to speak freely.
Was called back for a second interview with the CEO, which for me, was the icing on the cake. The CEO wants to be involved with the recruitment process and wants to ensure that each candidate is the right fit for his family.
Informal chat again which was very insightful into the background and reasons for his passion in this company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Actual Experience (Bath, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was a 2 stage interview with a technical test, the overall experience was very pleasant and I didn't feel any pressure during the process. The first round was a standard interview going over the role and the CV, including some technical questions. The second stage was very relaxed, where you get to meet a very passionate CEO. I was sent a technical test before being invited to the second stage.
