Not the best process- it seems extremely outdated using GMAT questioning in both initial screening & interview regardless of the role. Plus a screening video you have to submitted all before you get an interview or someone gets to review your CV? Feels very outdated when looking for people with exp

Prescreening was super smooth and friendly. HR person made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. They asked me general question about myself and my experience. So this interview was quite easy to do.
