3 weeks later got an email from HR with a tech project, need to finish in a week;
after sumitted the result, 7 days later had a phone call interview about the tech project.

why are you interested in our company
Very quick chat with HR, then had two one-on-ones with mid-level programmers from two different projects.
Three meetings were planned, but on the day I was told due to schedule changes, one couldn’t make it, and I didn’t end up meeting the names listed for the other meetings either.
From initial application to receiving offer was about 5 months.

The interview process was three rounds, quite easy, including written test for data analysis, phone interview with an analyst, and then three back-to-back interviews with the current employees. These interviews each lasted 30 minutes.

The whole process was great. I also communicated well with the interviewer. The first round of interviews was to discuss the findings from the dataset. You need to be familiar with knowing every step while you are writing this test.
