I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen (Burlingame, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Although it took them a while to get back to me, I was given a test using Excel. After completing the test, I was invited for an interview in which they asked typical questions about my experience, quantitative and analytical skills, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary, but be prepared to discuss the writing test they give you.

Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.
