Interview
Round 1: 30 minute phone screening with Director for Yield Management. Afterwards, I was giving a take home skill set assignment and about 4 days to submit
Round 2: 30 minute phone screening with HR
Round 3: 30 min phone screening one Directors of Yield Management, followed by another 30 minute call with another Director of Yield Management
In total this process took about 3 weeks.

Question 1
All conducted via phone. Below are a couple that can I can recall
1. Tell me about your background
2. Why did you choose Adtheorent and what do you know about the company
3. Choose any company that come to mind. Now if they gave us an estimated $100k dollars to run over the course of 2 month, how would you allocate the money and across what platforms? There is no right or wrong answer to this question.
4. How smart are you? (Not kidding, this is a question one director say he asks everyone)
5. You have 2 jars. One full of red marbles and the other full of blue marbles. If a blindfolded person walked into a room, how would you guarantee that they picked a red marble 100% of the time? These marble will be mixed-up and the person will be right-handed

Interview
The interviewer came off as poorly prepared, far too young, and likely unqualified for the title held. Questions seemed to be thrown out there as if they were coming from top of head. Didn't come off as a well-thought-out interview process. A task was given that was so absurdly easy that it threw off major red flags. Communication after the interview was poor. Very happy to have dodged this bullet, as the company gave off a very shady vibe.

Interview
First spoke with the Director of Yield Management, he was very nice! Couple days later go a Skype interview scheduled. Spoke with 4 different people all very nice and knowledgeable. Last interview spoke with the VP and one of the founders. All in all a positive experience.
