Very informative, they continued to update me on both ends and seemed to really care about their cultural fit. This was good to see from a company still in the early stages, but with a lot of traction ahead of them.

Question 1
Asked to build a demo bot, which requires a lot of other tasks, plus a presentation.
First was the screening, then a second interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly typical behavioral questions, but I could tell from the interviewer's reactions that I wasn't going to move forward. I don't think they liked that I had a different background; I guess they're looking for someone with direct CX experience.
