I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adagrad AI (Pune) in Oct 2025
Interview
I went through a lengthy interview process that lasted nearly four weeks. I successfully cleared all three rounds, but despite repeated follow-ups, there was no communication from HR afterward.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that compensation details were discussed and negotiated during the very first introduction call. However, after completing all the rounds, I was informed they could not proceed due to budget constraints.
Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and effort, as the company should have clarified their affordability and budget alignment before conducting multiple interview rounds. Clear communication and respect for candidates’ time go a long way in maintaining a professional hiring process.
First round would be DSA
