I applied online. I interviewed at Adamson Ahdoot (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2025
Interview
Started with a phone screening call before moving into the Zoom call for the first stage interview. Was fair and relatively smooth asking about my experience and walking them through the resume before capping off with any questions. The only thing I wished was better transparency post-interview as I had no notification about the rejection.
Multiple interviews conducted by hiring manager and litigation department. The partners were the final interviewers and they asked detailed questions about previous experience drafting motions, discovery, and other pleadings. Interviews were remote and typically not over 30 minutes.

They asked about previous experience drafting and serving discovery.

Interview
Two interviews. Nice office. Glass office, so you are on display while you are being asked questions. Typical questions. It wasn't overly long and everyone was pleasant. Nothing negative about it
