Erstkontakt wurde über den Arbeitgeber hergestellt, erstes Telefoninterview, dann persönliches Gespräch mit verschiedenen Ebenen des Management inklusive des Head Office in London. Imsgesamt sehr angenehmer und transparenter Prozess auf Augenhöhe.

-Applied and reached out to hiring manager, was asked to come in for a face-to-face very quickly, once interview was completed was asked very quickly to do a Skype interview with CEO

Very casual, easygoing interview. Nothing too tricky, really just wanted to get to know me and my motivations

Interview
This was a four step process. At first, there was a VIDEO CALL with the CEO. Then afterwards I had a in person meeting with one director. Afterwards, I had a phone call with another director. Lastly, an easy going group panel for final stage before offer was extended.
