Initially, one of the recruitment team reached out to me for a call to discuss the role, my requirements, their requirements, to see if it was a good fit for both parties. This was then followed up by a first interview with the SEO manager and the recruitment consultant, it lasted around 45 minutes, answering a few of the expected questions about my experience, knowledge of the role, etc. then followed by any specific questions I had for them/they had for me.
In between the first and second stage interview, I was given a task to complete to demonstrate my SEO skills and knowledge, and in the second interview I was required to run through my ideas and approach for them to assess my skills and understanding.
Overall, I found it a pleasant interview experience, it was challenging and engaging and gave me a good feel for the company.
