Basically she talked about the company, what they do and how they do it and then she asked me a couple of easy questions, nothing to be worried about. This job is based 100% in commission!

First interview: A few basic questions. Very simple and straightforward. Second interview: Job shadowing. Basically they want to see if you are interested in selling door to door. If you want to go ahead and give it a shot they will hire you.
