I wrote the eLitmus exam and they called me up for the interview based on my score.
There were two rounds. Technical and HR. I could not clear the Technical round so I don't know much about the HR round.
In the technical round, I was asked a lot of programming questions and puzzles. I answered almost every one of them, and my answers were correct as well. They were the typical interview questions which you generally find on the internet.
The interviewer was pretty dumb. Very poor English skills and basically nodded to everything I said. For some questions, I gave more than one approaches to solve them. I knew I had rocked the interview. At the end of some of my answers I was getting the urge to drop-the-mike :)
I was told by the eLitmus team that they will call/mail in the evening to let me know if I am selected for the HR round which was next day.
To my utter surprise, I did not get any call from them. I guess they were looking for a Mark Zuckerberg to work for them for 3,50,000 INR
