As the global leader in HR staffing solutions, it's ironic that their interview process was extremely unprofessional. The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter then I had a face-to-face interview with the director of the team. After the interview, the director said I was the preferred candidate and the recruiter would contact me within 24 hours to confirm next steps. Two days passed and I still hadn't heard from the recruiter so I called to follow up and the recruiter said she'd call me back at the end of the day. The recruiter never called me so I tried calling again after 2 days. The recruiter didn't answer or call back even though I left a voicemail. A couple of days later, I received a job offer from another company so I called for a final time to ask for an update on the process. Once again, she said she'd contact me by the end of the day to confirm next steps but once again, she never did. After about 2 weeks, the recruiter finally called me back to say they chose another candidate and she didn't provide an explanation as to why they didn't proceed with me... They initially told me I was the preferred candidate and led me on to believe this for weeks so it was pretty frustrating that they didn't even have the decency to explain... The whole process was very unprofessional and based on my interview experience, I'll never apply for another job there again.
