first when you arrive, they gave you a paper for a writing interview question. Then you got called to another room for a 1:1 interview after (in the same day) ..the process wasn't too long, mine was roughly 30mins to an hour.

- what's a waiter's friend?
- what's the right temperature of a good coffee?
A group interview where you had to describe yourseld,answer questions based on customer service and arrange situations given based on priority.The interview takes only around half an hour and is a stressfree process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adelaide Oval (Adelaide)
