Very smooth process, I applied via Landing Job(Lisbon, Portugal). The process took 2 weeks, I have a Skype interview with the Project Manager in Lisbon, he listened and answered all my questions and scheduled further interviews with my schedule in mind. Then about an hour talk with CTO and more precise technical interview, we talked about an overall experience and my motivation. Full honest and smooth recruiting process.
