There was no interview process. I applied and waited and waited and waited and no response. About two weeks after my application, I sent a follow up email, and two following that and yet no response. This is not unusual in today's job landscape and I find it incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that there may be an incredible number of applicants, but we to have spent considerable amount of time and energy to research your company before applying. We have put energy and effort into the letters and resumes only to be summarily ignored is definitely bad form. This is much too common in today's hiring landscape. I would like to receive, at least, a quick, even form letter version, of an acknowledgement and rejection.
