Aderant Interview Questions

Had one face-to-face Zoom call with the manager which was pretty standard review of background and skillset. This was followed with group technical interview that was described as "problem solving and interactive session". Instead it consisted of a group watching me write basic SQL against a 5 table / < 100 row dummy DB over a double-hop Zoom and VPN connection. As I fumbled to get inputs through the 20 - 50 second lag, I was asked a few Google "gotcha" questions around mostly SQL storage and query execution. I was then told we were about to move into the next phase of writing Pandas script, which looked like a copy of an intro test from kaggle.com. At that point I was frustrated by the awkwardness of the situation (specifically how much it differed from the process described), and informed the team I didn't want to move forward.

It was adequate and informative. Fair, all my questions were answered. Job description was explained in details and thoroughly. Company working from home policy was shared, and discussed all possible options. Discussed benefits

Behavioral and technical interview both onsite. Both were about 30 min to 1 hour long. There was a quite a bit of waiting and the offer fell through at the last step.

Recruiter from the company contacted me via email and asked my availability for an interview. I responded within 24 hours with some options and said I could provide more if needed. Never heard from recruiter again.

Friendly and professional. Phone screening. Onsite with systems design and domain driven design questions. Simple take home coding test. 3 interviewers. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a good length.

Incredible interviews with a few of the companies seasoned management team members. It starts with an introductory call from the HR recruiter and progresses to multiple other video interviews with managers from different departments within the company Engaging and transparent from beginning to end.

Quick, Fast, and to the point. The Interview asked to look quickly through a new feature endpoint and report some bugs in the feature. Seems pretty stright forward and similar to what you will do

Started with Global HR Director screening me. Prior moving to the next level, I had to pass a congnitive ability/problem solving-test (Wonderlic). Once I passed that, I was interviewed by six people in leadership roles (each one a separate interview conversation). They then let me know they were interested in hiring me, but it was contingent upon me taking and passing the Wonderlic test again - this time with a proctor watching. Upon passing, they made official offer.

Interview process was done in 4 steps, 2 tests and 2 interviews.
