Typical RH interview where the recruiter asks what I know and tells me to say more about myself.
One week later I got a reply that they won't keep me in the process. I asked why and they say I'd not fit technically in the team.

Entrevista con rrhh, te explican como será el proceso completo, los procesos suelen tener muchas fases, el de backend creo que tenía 4 pruebas técnicas, la primera te la envían (primer filtro) la segunda la haces con un ingeniero de adevintas, la tercera sobre estructuras y la ultima de algoritmos (por videoconferencia).

- Second technical call about CS. Things like Maps, Memory, etc
- Third round about system design
- Fourth interview with behavioral questions
- Offer
The interviewers were nice and the experience overall was positive. Just too long.
