Le processus a duré deux semaines avec 5 entretiens: RH, Manager, Équipe (entretien technique), Équipe élargie (entretien valeurs/relationnel), Exécutif.
L'ensemble de ces entretiens m'ont permis de me forger un avis sur la position et l'environnement. Ils se sont déroulés sous forme de questions/réponses sur mes experiences et sur les technologies que j'ai utilisé.

5 interviews, the process took 4 weeks. human ressource interview 1 tech interview 1h fit 1h interview with the cto and the last one with coo. the questions are pretty straigh forward .

Interview
1st stage was hangout technical interview.
2nd stage was hangout technical challenge.
3th stage onsite HR, technical, project guys, getting to know people around
recruiter proposed me as a Senior Data Engineer, and from the beginning I made it clear how much salary I want, they were ok with that.
At the end of the interview process (after 1 month of having 3-4 interviews) HR told me that I am very knowledgeable technically but the salary I am requesting is for lead position and that I am not fitting into this role. She said salaries for Senior Data engineer role are 20% less than i asked them for.
So they totally wasted my time, knowing what I am asking they wasted my time and at the end offered 20%. Very annoying and not professional from their side.
