I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aditi Consulting (Pune) in July 2020
Interview
The interview process went fine. I was asked about java and java script. I answered correctly everything which was asked to me, and am damn confident about that. But don't know why, the interviewer gave me ZEROs in Java, Java script, Node.JS(Nothing was asked from this section). I think interviewer were not in a good mood or might be their scoring capacity was ZERO.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aditi Consulting (Seattle, WA) in June 2020
Interview
They looked for full stack developer for short-term project for their's client. Recruiter pushed me to provide him with my minimum hourly payment. When I answered that it depends on role itself and team and some other factors, he asked to give him some idea to start with. It was a trap, as soon as I said my minimum expectations he asked to confirm that I will not ask for increasing this amount in follow up email. It was weird.
Overall communication was very poor. Recruiter could ignore scheduled call without and prior notifications, then call whenever he wanted. I provided recruiter with preferable time of phone screening and asked to choose and confirm exact time so i could add it to my scheduler. But again I received nothing but in the last day on Sunday I got text notification that my phone screen was scheduled. Worse experience.
Any way I didn't pass phone screening as I thought I don't need to prepare here because I was sure that I'm experienced enough. It was my mistake.
