Adjust Partnership Manager interview questions

Applied through a referral. HR screening, Hiring Manager, Team interview , Panel interview Everyone seemed to appreciate my skillset, experience till the last round Observations on the panel round: 1. The person who referred me was on the panel interview (I've never seen this to be allowed anywhere else in my career) 2. 2 Panelists had made up their minds on not hiring me, and kept asking same questions over and over again. At one point one panelist shut this person off saying the candidate has already answered this question 3. One of these unruly panelists grinningly asked me trick question 'why should we not hire you' 4. Shared the outcome 1 month and 2 email follow ups later 5. Very limited ad-tech/industry questions mainly focused on putting down candidates and weilding power (panel round only) the rest of the people were quite decent and in-fact appreciated my knowledge

the role has 5 rounds( the first is a skills test then with HR then with the Hiring manager then a Presentation and the last one with team members, it's very professional, and gives feedback to candidates quickly. Good Benefits and a good salary range. Have a hybrid workplace.
