The COO, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager were very professional at all phases of the interview. The process consisted of a 1:1 telephone interview, a 1:3 Skype interview, and a 1:3 Group/Panel face to face interview. Many of the questions in the panel interview were situational sales role playing 'what if' scenarios. For this position a strong sales background was key (no surprise there). The corporate culture appears to encourage a very direct approach with customers and internal employees.
