Friendly interviewers comprising of a Senior Tribunal Member, Division Head and HR Manager. Technical questions followed by behavioural and problem-solving style questions. They ask questions about most if not all of the Tribunal's Divisions, so not just questions about the Division that you applied for.

Describe a research project you worked on, explaining your legal research methodology and resources used.

Interview
Straightforward - uses STAR method and questions can be ascertained from selection criteria directly. Make sure you focus on the how (i.e. the 'a' in star) as they are wanting to know HOW you approached tasks. Make sure you break it down.

Interview
Interview was with the APS6 team leader, Registry manager and a couple of Members. Questions were relatively straight forward, mostly about experience and how to deal with particular situations involving difficult applicants.
