      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Admissionado (Muscatine, IA) in Apr 2017

      Interview

The interview process consisted of an online skype meeting (position is completely remote), and four or five rounds of practice editing on the kinds of content that would be encountered in the role. After receiving feedback on each round of editing, I would apply it to the next round. After this process, I was offered a position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview questions were mainly logistical, asking about the time zone I would be working in, etc. The main assessment elements of the interview process were done through the trial editing.

Brief chat over Skype, relatively informal, followed by a weeks-long paid training period, which both trained me and tested to see whether my editing skills were up to par with Admissionado's.
