I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adolfson & Peterson Construction in June 2026
Interview
A recruiter reached out about the open position and I ended up applying. I then had a 45-minute phone call with the recruiter, only for him to tell me they were at the end of their hiring process for this position and were about to hire someone. He then asked if I would consider other positions at the company, which didn't exist at the time of our phone call. Overall, a complete waste of time for both of us and I personally think trying to bait and switch for a non-existent position is unethical.

Question 1
Standard questions about my overall work experience, do I have event planning experience, why am I looking to switch jobs, etc.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adolfson & Peterson Construction (Fargo, ND) in Nov 2025
Interview
Phone call with Recruiter and then Microsoft Teams meeting Interview. Reached out 2 weeks after interview to multiple people, specifically the recruiters I first spoke with and no one ever responded to me. Rather unprofessional. Don’t expect to ever hear back from anyone.
