Adrian College interview questions

I submitted resume and cover letter to the hiring manager through the school's website. I was promptly contacted and setup the first interview with the hiring manager and HR. Soon thereafter I was contacted and scheduled a second interview with the hiring manager and the manager he was replacing due to retirement. That went well and a final interview was arranged with the college president. All interviews were complete and I had an offer in less than two weeks.

The interview process was conducted via Zoom, and lasted an hour. The general conversation and Q&A portion of the interview went smoothly, which made me feel very comfortable and heard. By far, the best job interview that I have experienced throughout my entire time in the workforce.
