First round was aptitude. Then 2nd round was GD and then 3rd round was PI. In aptitude there were questions on topic profit and loss, Compound Interest, Simple Interest , percentage, permutations, combinations, time speed and disatance, time ad work etc

I applied through Online.They interviewed at their office.The office was beautiful and the HR madam was friendly.The process started with written Aptitude and Technical questions.They also arranged some Lunch for us.

Interview
Process consisted of total 4 rounds
1) Aptitude Test
2) Psychometric Test
3) Group Discussion
4) Personal Interview
Aptitude is easy to crack, contains 3 sections, verbal, analytical and quants with 20 ques in each section, total time given is 1 hour.
Psychometric test contains 40 ques and time given is 45 minutes, not an elimination round.
Group Discussion is just like other group discussions, but keep in mind to give your best from this stage as the CEO himself is also present in the evaluation panel of group discussion. A group typically consists of 7-8 candidates. Total 15 out of 35 were shortlisted for PI's.
Personal Interview is also easy where a Technical panel + HR panel + CEO takes your interview, be prepared for rapid fire questions. Just basic technical ques are asked like normalization, OOPS concepts and final year project. HR panel also asks basic questions like strengths and weaknesses, where do you see after 3 years, etc.
I personally felt there is no value of time and punctuality in this organisation as we were called at 9AM and the GD started only after 1PM. By the time my turn for interview came, it was almost 8:15PM and all the panelists were so eager to leave the office that they finished the interview within 2-3 minutes each for the last 6-7 candidates.
