Interview
So basically you as candidate walk in and without any briefing or introduction they show you a workstation with laptop, someone (who you don't know) shows you question printed on paper and explain it to you. Every 10-15 minutes he get back to you to check the solution. At the end he says time's up and walk you to exit.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm a little confused as we haven't used an agency for the recruitment of this role? We are sorry to hear that you feel you didn't receive any briefing or introduction regarding the technical challenge. Our internal recruitment process includes a phone call explaining what is involved in the technical challenge, once it's confirmed we send a calendar invite with a detailed explanation of what's involved and who will be attending. We choose to invite candidates into the office for this particular challenge so that you do get the opportunity to meet a member of the team who is dedicated to ensuring that you are both welcomed to the Adslot offices and provided with guidance and support throughout the technical challenge.

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn, got a call from internal HR. They politely asked if I can come over for a technical test. Test (in Visual Studio on laptop) was some string manipulations/array sorting, limited with 30min. Something like find all character sequences in a string, based on certain rules, and count or replace them.
I've been invited for a white board interview after that, "tell me how you do that or solve this in your previous experience" kind of interview, very warm and friendly, with practical questions.
