I had one interview with the manager who would oversee day to day, and the director of the program I would be working within. They asked me basic questions to determine my qualifications and that I had hands on experience relevant to the role. They described the role, location of the clinic, the typical population served at that clinic, and how this program was evolving. (The JD did not actually match on some of these details). They explained was a rather new concept of "integrated health care" and setting a standard of having a licensed social worker, a community health worker and have a higher level manager at each site. They told me at the end of the interview that they were interviewing other candidates and then making a decision; seemed like a very quick and possibly too hasty of decision if you ask me. At the end of my one interview they asked for my requested salary via email. I never heard back from them when I asked for what I was worth, including calculating for the secondary trauma I'd be going through and inflation.
