Aduno Group interview questions

Unstructured interview process. First interview via an agency that doesn't understand very well the clients needs and the candidate experience. The second interview was in Aduno but interviewers was seemed to not have a clear set of questions about the position Frankly speaking I noticed a jeopardized role of internal employees, with low motivation and negative outlook.
